Hello everybody! We are European volunteers in the association International Youth Volunteering Center in Haskovo in the South of Bulgaria. Every year, new volunteers arrive from all Europe to work with children (artistic activities, sport...) during one year approximately. Workshop of knitting
The knitting activities were organized with girls in Asen Zlatarov orphanage. Both older and younger girls were very motivated to learn to knit and make scraves and bags for themselves. This activity develops taste, patience, creativeness and proves the well known saying - if we should do something, this means that we can do it. The difficult task of knitting was overcome.
